A weight has been lifted ...

A mental barrier was broken, a block removed, a hurdle overcome. I am so proud of myself, for reasons difficult to explain to the outsider. Unless someone knows what I have been through, what I have dealt with, this little barrier would seem insignificant and you’d probably say “so what?”
But for me, it’s a Big Thing, and I feel like this huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders. A new spring in my step. A deeper breath and a bigger smile.
Yay Me!!
