Today was day two of our Soho exploration ...
beginning at ...
Paula Rubinstein, 65 Prince Street ...
very, very gorgeous but very, very, expensive ...
looking around Soho is like being in a movie
am I really here ???
The streets are a nightmare ...
a mix of cobblestones, iron sheeting, broken tar & rubble ...
tossed into or covering pot holes ...
I snuck this pic on the way in to De Vera ...
and this one on the way out ...
we were ignored ...
we obviously were not of their ilk ...
Michele Varian across the road was a total sweetheart ...
check out her web site here ...
she's just moved to the end of Crosby Street ...
we happily bought ...
we adored the mix of old, odd, quirky & new ...
nooooo you'll have to wait to see our treasures ...
being in Michele Varian's was fabulous ...
remember when you're in Crosby Street ...
pop in and say Hi ...
we stumbled upon ...
A GOODWILL ...
a new one ...
new alright, whereeverything was new ...
from the paint smell to the stock!
Greenwich Village Goodwill Store,
44 West 8th Street, NY.
OMG what a disappointment ...
it was like a ...
like a ...
a bad $2 shop ...
where everything was made ...
yesterday ... LOL!!!
Tomorrow off flea marketing ...
then Sunday we're off to Boston ...
OMG ...
I'm so very blessed!
