What I got back was atrocious ...
both pair were unwearable.
a cheque arrived ...
covering a full refund for both pair ...
plus the cost paid for the repair.
Another Mister Minit store attempted to repair ...
the botched job ...
that was an impossible task ...
making both pair a smaller size.
The entire communication was magnificent.
they stand by their guarantee!
Altogether now ...
