... the iron work tastefully re-born ...

... underneath a secret slider to hold up the extension flap ...

... teeny tiny nail holes delicately filled by the craftsman ...

... three gorgeous drawers - not the originals some I scrounged ...

... plus one almost too far gone now transformed ...

... masterfully done in re-cycled Kauri pine ... isn't it beautiful?

My Grandma would be so proud -  Mr Singer would be too!

... and all in keeping with my Waste not do want philosophy ...

What a sensational end to an interesting year !

Theme Queen this week Pilgrim asks :::  where do you retreat to for that sanity-regaining break? i am interested in what or where in your home your sanctuary is...

I'm forunate. My entire home is my sanctuary, where regaining sanity was completed eons ago ... 


I adore plunging my head into the velvet cushion, legs swinging beyond the edge of the two seater couch, pulling up the velvet throw if there's a breeze  ~  with Blossie by my side  ...  who ppuuuurrrrrrrs loudest ? <^..^>
