has chosen 'the view through your window' for this weeks post.
I'm sure the country girls will cringe when they see my view but this is the price you pay living in the big smoke.
Facing north east is a bonus.
I get summer breezes, plenty of natural light and as you'll see I'm not peering directly into someone else's window.
Ideally I'd adore to be gazing at the ocean, wiping the salt spray from the windows, coating everything with varnish to stop the rust.
For now I this is my little corner of the world and there's no point wasting energy not liking it ...
Like people ... it's what's on the inside that matters most.
When lying in my bed I can see sky ...
Bathroom ... love the old glass panes - one day I'll buy that plant for the macrame I've carried round for over thirty years ...
Kitchen - same adorable glass ... yes I bought one plant ...
from my everything room - the building next door is being painted.
Take a peek through other windows here.

Oh Cherie I love your sash windows. I've enjoyed peeking through, thanks!
The view may not be the best but the windows themselves are adorable much nicer than my aluminium framed ones.
another city gal here :-) and I too can gaze at my next door neighbours house from the dining room lol.
Pretty bathroom and I loved looking at your windows.
Gorgeous windows! Love the glass and the macrami- I can remember doing one of those hangers at school, not sure what ever happened to it...
